Lightroom is the photographer’s essential toolbox for managing, adjusting and presenting digital
photographs with advanced non-destructive image editing technology. This workshop will discuss more advanced
techniques and assumes a basic understanding of Lightroom’s modules and general workflow.
Lightroom is almost three years old - and along with our experience have come many questions on
optimizing this powerful software. Bob DiNatale is an Adobe Certified Expert in Lightroom. Bob will
allocated several open discussion periods in this workshop to address your specific
questions.
The workshop will have summary handouts and a supportive Workshop Website with postings to
augment the material presented.

Understanding LR’s Cataloging power, keywording, Filters, Searches
Setting your camera defaults in Lightroom
Easily Integrate Photoshop into the LR workflow. (LR’s “Natural” handshake with PS)
Calibrating your camera for optimum color, creativity and consistency (using X-Rite Passport)
Black and white processing with LR:
- Utilizing Nik Software’s Silver Efex Pro plug-in
Easily integrate LabPrint software into a LR Workflow
Several open discussion periods to ask your burning questions
This workshop is intended for beginning to intermediate level photographers who are looking to further their knowledge of Adobe Lightroom.
