Here at Digital Silver Imaging, we use the highest standards of image capture, color-corrected workflow, and archival print reproduction. But we know it takes more than sophisticated equipment or giant digital files to make a good reproduction. Art reproduction takes a high level of craft and understanding of the mediums used. In order to create products our artists approve of, we approach art reproduction as a collaborative process between the artist and DSI.
No print will ever duplicate an original painting, drawing, or mixed media work, but we strive to achieve a visual and perceptual match with every print.
Step One: Capture
Your artwork is digitally photographed by our digitization specialists to accurately reproduce color and texture.
Step Two: Color Matching
The digital file is prepared for printing. Once printed, the print will be compared to the color correct file and adjustments will be made as necessary for the combination of ink and selected paper. We work with the artist to ensure the reproduction is as accurate as possible. Color matching is billed by the quarter hour at our post production rate of $27.50/fifteen minutes. Step Three: Matting, Mounting, and Framing
DSI offers matting, mounting, value framing and custom framing at reasonable prices to streamline the process for the artist.
Step Four: Delivery
Prints can be picked up from our lab, or they can be shipped worldwide to you or your clients.

- $15 for hi-res files provided on DSI 64gb thumb drive
