How do I purchase a Digital Silver Imaging Gift Certificate for a friend or family member from your web site?
Start on our Gift Certificate web page and select the dollar value you want to give. Select the “Add to Cart” button and follow the steps below.
1. Fill the Name and Shipping address of the RECIPIENT of the gift certificate in this form. DO NOT check the box that says, “Use my shipping address as my billing address.“When you are finished select “Continue.”
2. Gift Certificates ship for free via the USPS. If you want special shipping make your selection and please tell us where you heard of Digital Silver Imaging. In the “Special Instructions” field you can enter a message to the recipient if you like. When you are finished select “Continue.”
3. In this menu you will enter your payment information and the billing address. We will place the name from the “Shipping Information” field on the gift certificate. Check the appropriate boxes and select “Finalize Order” and you will be sent a confirmation email. Done.

In this Develop Module Intensive Workshop, Adobe Certified Expert Kathy Tarantola, will cover many of the features that make Lightroom 5 the best choice for non-destructive processing of your digital images. (Although the focus will be on Lightroom 5, users of Lightroom 4 will find most material applicable.)
Participants will learn how to evaluate your photographs and make creative processing decisions for the best possible quality. Working on your own images, you will walk away with hands-on knowledge and the confidence to enhance all of your work quickly and with stunning results.
We will cover the new features of Lightroom 5 including:Â
Radial filter, Smart Previews, Enhanced Spot Removal tool, Visualize Spots, Upright Auto Perspective Control and more.
And we will discuss:
• Perfecting tone and color in each photo
• Applying sharpening and noise reduction
• Correcting lens distortion and chromatic aberration
• Cropping
• Spot, Red Eye, Graduated Filter, and Paintbrush tools

For over two decades, Kathy Tarantola has been sought after as a commercial and editorial photographer working throughout Boston and New England. Kathy is an experienced instructor having conducted photography workshops across the US and abroad. She is an Adobe Certified Expert in Lightroom a respected member of the photo community and has served as Co-president and board member of the New England chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP).

This two-part workshop will take participants from image capture, through monitor calibration, to final print ready output with Adobe Lightroom.
In the first hour MAC Group expert Ray Nason will show how to use X-rite calibration tools to guarantee accurate, consistent and repeatable results.Getting great color and exposure can be as simple as calibrating your monitor and using a photographic target like the X-rite Passport. Ray will make the complex understandable and show you how to calibrate your computer system so you can get the best color fidelity in print and on screen.
Hour two will be led by Adobe Certified Expert, Kathy Tarantola, who will demonstrate the Lightroom Print Module. Kathy will cover a variety of Print Module features including the use of soft proofing to optimize your images for a particular paper and output device, fixing issues with out of gamut color clipping, using paper profiles and print settings for the perfect color management.
There will be time for question and answer and this workshop will be open to a limited number of participants. If you are using Adobe Lightroom and want great color and exposure both on screen and in print this workshop is a must.
